Established in 1997, Prolinx Ltd has grown substantially over the last 16 years. Approaching 100 employees today, many of the individuals who helped establish the business still remain, underpinning an IT infrastructure services team.
The Service Design Team is responsible for identifying how Prolinx can assist customers in achieving their IT strategy and for designing the best value Managed Services Prolinx provides.
The Technical Design Team comprises solution architects and technology design specialists. Together, they design innovative, reliable and resilient technical solutions to meet client business requirements.
The Technical Delivery Team is responsible for the implementation and delivery of Technical solutions. The team's product and technology specialists also carry out additional technical activities such as data migration, system integration, system handover and training.
The Service Delivery Team mans the 24/7 Service Desk maintaining the Managed Services. Monitoring and administering operational systems, the team ensures that all Incidents are prioritised and resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements.
The Project Management Team liaises with the customer throughout the delivery phase, ensuring every project is delivered on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
